This is a cry for help and that of game dignity.
I know i haven`t got the money to pay many people yet, but i can pay later when i have gotten the chance to actually make some money, wich isn`t that hard for a mining corporation.
I need this player to be taught a valuable lesson, not just for myself but also for numerous other players who have encountered either him or similair players.
This is ruining the game, even with the allready placed restrictions of eve to protect beginning players these people are still finding ways to totally iritate and halt beinning players in their game experience.
I can`t imagine that the many hard working people who are responsible for eve and it`s may options and paths where thinking that players like teff nogero should make sure beginning players wouldn`t even get to see and appreciate all their hard work.

At anyrate you are not the first new carebear to join eve and say "this guy messed with the wrong player" and then, ask others to do something about it for you . . .
You sir are not a unique and original flower, you are following the same pattern of EVE that makes Empire a mostly rotting compost heap of boredom. You will wait until you amass billions and billions of isk before your willing to risk anything in PVP, you will get your nose bloodied when you realize that tactics are what win wars in this game (not SP) you will then cry some more after the fact, and finally . . . a year down the road you will still be here . . . trying to hire mercs to handle your problems for you.
This is the EVE experience, and its all down hill from here
